Configuration Specialist - AI Company

MedCalls builds AI phone reception and scheduling tools for medical practices. You’ll work directly with me across our tech stack to configure custom behavior for customers' agents. Responsibilities -clarify requirements -learn our appointment scheduling system -update database configurations to ensure agent receives accurate availability offerings -agent conversation handling matches client expectations -debug server responses -own changes through implementation, testing, and production verification. Requirements -Clear written and spoken English, reliable communication, and independent follow-through. -Effective use of AI coding tools, with responsibility for understanding and verifying the resulting changes. Our stack Airtable Firestore Retell n8n Codex Healthcare/HIPAA, voice AI, and experience in small engineering teams are helpful.
