CRM/AI Systems Developer for Real Estate

We're a real estate team with an existing lead generation and automation stack (currently using GoHighLevel, an AI chatbot/calling layer, and a Replit-based integration to our MLS). We need an experienced automation/integrations engineer to improve and rebuild several parts of this system so it's more reliable, more scalable, and easier for our team to monitor day-to-day. This is not a one-off "build a chatbot" job — you'll be working across CRM workflow automation, telephony/dialer setup, MLS/IDX data integration, and internal reporting dashboards. We're looking for someone who has built real production systems like this before, ideally in real estate or another high-volume outbound/lead-gen environment.
