CSV to PDF Conversion Script

I need a script on a recommended platform (basic subscription is fine) that can take a CSV file, clean it up, add minor calculations, and convert it into a PDF. This is a daily recurring task, with about 20 orders processed each day. The CSV files can be sent by email or uploaded to a folder. I’m looking for someone who can set up a reliable workflow and ensure the output is accurate and consistent.
