Custom Lightspeed E-Series to Moneris Payment Integration

We are looking for a developer to build a custom payment integration between our Lightspeed E-Series ecommerce website and Moneris. We currently use Lightspeed E-Series for our online store and Moneris as our payment processor. Lightspeed does not currently provide us with a native Moneris online payment integration, so we are looking for a custom solution that will allow customers to pay by credit or debit card through Moneris during checkout. The integration needs to be built as a secure and reliable long-term solution. Before moving forward, please answer the following: 1. Have you previously built a custom payment gateway or payment integration for Lightspeed E-Series / Ecwid? 2. Have you worked with Moneris before? If not, are you comfortable reviewing the Moneris API/documentation and building the integration? 3. Can you ensure that our website does not directly handle or store customers' credit card information and keep our PCI compliance scope as low as possible? 4. Would the integration be able to support both credit and debit payments, assuming they are enabled on our Canadian Moneris merchant account? 5. What access or credentials would you need from us to begin development and testing? 6. Would you be able to test everything in a sandbox/test environment before anything is connected to our live store? 7. Please provide an approximate timeline and cost for completing the integration. We are looking for someone with strong experience in backend/API integrations and payment processing who can build this properly and securely rather than using a temporary workaround.
