AI Automation Developer Needed to automate Data Entry & Web Form Automation Project Overview We are looking to automate a manual data entry process. Currently, our team manually enters customer information into multiple websites to generate an output. We are seeking an experienced AI automation developer to design and build a solution that can automatically extract customer data from a structured data source and populate the appropriate fields on various insurance company websites, significantly reducing manual data entry and increasing operational efficiency. Scope of Work The solution should: Read customer information from a structured data source (spreadsheet, database, or web form) Map customer data to corresponding fields on multiple insurance carrier websites Automatically navigate websites and complete quote forms Handle different carrier-specific workflows and field requirements Generate and capture quote results Store or export quote results for internal use Include error handling and logging Be scalable to support additional carriers in the future Desired Technical Skills We're looking for freelancers with experience in: Browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, etc.) AI-assisted workflow automation OCR and document processing (if needed) Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages API integrations Web scraping and data extraction Insurance technology experience (preferred but not required) CRM and database integrations Deliverables Fully functional automation system Documentation of the solution Setup and deployment assistance Training and knowledge transfer Ongoing support options (preferred) Important Considerations The ideal solution should be: Reliable and accurate Easy to maintain Secure and compliant with data privacy requirements Flexible enough to accommodate website changes and additional insurance carriers
