Deploy existing React/TypeScript + Express/tRPC app to Railway or Render (private GitHub repo)

I have a complete, working full-stack app (React 19 + TypeScript frontend, Express 4 + tRPC 11 backend, Drizzle ORM) currently in a private GitHub repository. It was previously running on a different host and is currently offline. I need a developer to: Deploy it to Railway or Render (your recommendation) Set up a Postgres database and run migrations Configure environment variables/secrets Point my existing domain (via Fasthosts) at the new deployment Verify the app is fully functional post-deploy Repo access will be granted to the selected freelancer. This is a scoped, well-defined job — should take a few hours for someone experienced with this stack.
