Developer Needed: LinkedIn Lead Generation & Automation Specialist (PHP/MySQL)

I own a recruiting firm and have spent more than 20 years in the industry. I've been developing a recruiting business-development application designed to help identify potential client opportunities and reduce the amount of manual research involved in generating new business. I currently have a PHP/MySQL application hosted on SiteGround. The foundation is in place, but it needs an experienced developer to review the existing code, improve functionality, complete unfinished features, and expand its automation capabilities. What I'm looking for: Strong experience with PHP/MySQL and improving existing applications. Experience with LinkedIn data integrations and lead-generation automation. Ability to identify relevant hiring activity and business opportunities from authorized online sources. Experience integrating multiple data sources into one application. Knowledge of automated data collection, filtering, and duplicate prevention. Ability to build a reliable, easy-to-use dashboard. Experience troubleshooting and improving existing code. LinkedIn-related lead discovery is a major priority, so I'm particularly interested in developers who understand the platform's data-access limitations and have experience implementing legitimate solutions. The initial project would involve reviewing my existing application, recommending improvements, completing necessary development, and demonstrating a working approach to automated lead discovery.
