Educational APP support

My background - I am a School Principal (Headteacher) with 12 years of leadership experience working across multiple schools including specialist schools catering for students with special educational needs, I would like to develop an APP to help students with multiple tasks. I am building an educational support app called EdCertified. It contains four AI‑powered tools: Homework Helper, CV Builder, Interview Coach, and Driving Theory Prep. Each tool should have its own dedicated screen and workflow. Every tool must include: (1) a Text Entry where the user types their question or request, (2) an optional Image Upload component so users can attach a photo of homework, a CV, or any relevant document, (3) a GO button that triggers an AI workflow, and (4) an AI Output column where the response is saved and displayed. I have been struggling on Glide for days - can you help - if so, what will be the costs involved and timeline of this project ??---
