Hi, I am reaching out from GetCalmly, a DPDP and MHA-compliant digital mental health platform built for the Indian market. We are currently looking for an experienced engineering delivery agency to take ownership of our existing Next.js/PostgreSQL codebase, drive it to production quality, and execute a complete handover back to our internal team We are not starting from scratch. A substantial amount of the product is already developed, We need a partner who can harden the existing foundation, complete the partially built features, and develop a set of net-new capabilities Here is the high-level breakdown of the project scope: 1. Already Built (Requires Hardening, QA & Edge-Case Handling) The core functionality persists real data today, but requires comprehensive edge-case handling, security validation, and QA. * Patient Dashboard: The daily loop, including assessment intake, journal, task assignment, care team setup, and session booking/completion logic. * Clinician Portal: Caseload management, session notes, scheduling (IST handling), and crisis risk flagging. * Base Engineering: Next.js 16 architecture, basic auth, and resilience mechanisms (circuit-breakers). 2. Partially Built (Requires Completion & Last-Mile Integration) These foundations exist in the code/schema but require completion. * Payments & Payouts: Integrating actual gateways (Razorpay/UPI/Stripe) into the existing purchase flow, plus building the earnings disbursement rail for clinicians. * Compliance & Storage: Implementing versioned storage for Terms & Consents, patient data deletion flows, and verifying AI integration safety. * Admin Dashboard Expansion: Extending the existing admin tools to include richer filtering, transaction statuses, and session-level overrides. * Performance: Bringing UI/UX, speed, and responsiveness up to Google Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.1 AA benchmarks 3. To Build (Net-New Capabilities) These features require greenfield development within the existing ecosystem * Mobile App: A native iOS/Android patient app (React Native / Expo) utilizing the same backend API (mockups are ready). * Video Integration: Replacing our in-house WebRTC with a reliable managed provider (e.g., 100ms, Daily, or Google Meet). * Core Systems: Building a referral & rewards engine, a background notification queue (push/email/WhatsApp via MSG91), Role-Based Admin Access (RBAC), and an AI management console. Operational & Delivery Expectations: * Security First: You will own the security posture, implementing separate hardened admin/therapist logins, 2FA, and strict PII masking. * Our Infrastructure: All CI/CD, staging, and production environments must be built and run on our cloud accounts. * Clean Handover: The engagement ends with a complete transfer of the source code, git history, infrastructure-as-code, and documentation. If this aligns with your agency’s capabilities, please let me know. I would be happy to share our detailed Agency Handover Brief & Product Status document under NDA and schedule a call to discuss your approach, timeline, and a quotation for this scope of work. Looking forward to your thoughts. Best regards, Satya Director, GetCalmly Private Limited
