Expo + Supabase Developer for Members App

**Build the member app for a private golf community for entrepreneurs** This is for a real, invite-only club. The app replaces Slack, a form, a spreadsheet, and me collecting money by text. **What it does** This is an app that's going to be on the App Store and Google Play Store, where our members of the community will be able to: - See and register/pay for upcoming events - Chat with other members in a facebook/forum style setting - Dm other members - See a member directory - Purchase products - Adjust a personal profile I've already built the hard part. You are not starting from a paragraph and a logo. - **Live Supabase database.** 71 tables, 143 RLS policies, 15 migrations applied and tested. The business rules are enforced in Postgres, not in app code. Refund windows, admin-approved guests, credit that can't pay dues, lapsed members getting 30 days read-only, chapter switching locked to admins. - **Auth works.** Magic link with a six-digit fallback, invite-gated by a database trigger. Sessions in Keychain and Keystore. - **Two screens already built** in Expo and TypeScript, reading live data, in the final design system. - **A clickable HTML prototype of all 11 screens** so you're not guessing at anything. - **A written scope doc** with every product decision already made. - **CLAUDE.md** in the repo explaining the architecture and every decision, so you're oriented in twenty minutes. I own every account. Supabase, Expo, Stripe, GitHub, Apple, Google. You get invited as a collaborator. **What's left** 1. Profile intake, four steps, saves progress 2. Detail screens: member profile, event detail 3. Rooms: posts, threads, mentions, reactions, unread state 4. Direct messages, one-to-one and group 5. Events: calendar, Stripe ticketing, waitlist, guest requests, add-to-calendar **Stack is fixed.** Expo SDK 54, Supabase, Stripe, TypeScript. Payments happen on the web, never in the app, for App Store reasons. If you want to swap in Firebase or a custom backend, this isn't the job. **How I work** Small pull requests with plain-English descriptions. Daily pushes to my repo. A five-minute screen recording every Friday showing what works. I'm not a developer, so explain things simply and tell me when I'm wrong about something. I'd genuinely rather hear "that's a bad idea because X" than get a yes. **About the budget** The number listed is a starting point, not a ceiling I'm defending.
