Fractional CRM Architect & Automation Engineer

Title: Fractional CRM Architect & Automation Engineer (GoHighLevel & API Specialist) Commitment: 10–20 hours per week About Us: Fitometry Health Club is a growing fitness and wellness business. Our CEO is currently spread too thin managing CRM architecture and data pipelines. We need a hands-on, highly technical expert to take complete ownership of our systems engineering, automation workflows, and operational reporting. This is a DOING role, not a managing role. You will be architecting, configuring, writing custom scripts, and building pipelines yourself. Core Responsibilities (Hands-On): - Audit, optimize, and streamline our GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-account setup (Workflows, Pipelines, Custom Fields, Smart Lists). - Build robust custom automations and API integrations utilizing GHL v2 API, webhooks, and middleware (://make.com) to ensure flawless data continuity. - Architect and build an isolated, automated reporting pipeline that pipes operational data cleanly out of GHL into a centralized destination (e.g., Google Sheets / BigQuery) for reporting. - Design and deploy highly filterable, interactive dashboards (Looker Studio) for managers to track key business metrics safely without altering production data. - Systematically eliminate manual tracking, custom field bloat, and operational reporting delays. Technical Requirements: - Deep, provable expertise with GoHighLevel’s native architecture, workflow logic, and API v2. - Expert-level capability with data visualization tools, specifically building custom Looker Studio dashboards. - Proficient in handling data manipulation, webhooks, JSON parsing, and relational data logic. - Background in Systems Engineering, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Technical Product Development. - A strict "builder" mindset—you love diving into the tech stack to build solutions directly.
