full stack AI developer needed - review and improve our RAG pipeline

We have an existing RAG-based system that is partially working but not performing the way we need it to. Looking for an experienced AI developer who can jump into the codebase, understand what is there, and tell us what needs to change. This is a short review task. You will look at the current pipeline - how documents are ingested, chunked, embedded, and retrieved - and give us a written assessment of the weak points plus your recommended fixes. Good fit if you have built or debugged RAG systems in production and work with Python and LLMs regularly. Experience with vector databases and retrieval optimization is a plus. Walk us through a RAG pipeline issue you have diagnosed before and how you resolved it.
