Full-stack Developer for a Website Project

I'm looking for a full-stack developer who can help me build a website, with a period of a month max. The website is about writing wills online, insurance, probate, and trusts, etc. The figma designs will be provided. Most of the pages are static with some animations. The only complexity is implementing the online will-writing form, and automatic PDF document generation (which can be done simply with if-else conditions, it's not too complex either). API / payment integration and a chatbot. It's possible some additional things might be added to the scope but it's an hourly contract so it hopefully shouldn't be an issue. You don't need to be an absolute expert, just know how to solve problems and produce high quality work. I'm a developer myself, and I might work alongside you or at least review the code. AI use should be minimal, or at least carefully reviewed before committing. We will have short ~15-20 minute meetings every day or evey 2nd day to review the work and share updates.
