Full-Stack Developer for KCC Fdn Private Video Portal with AI Summaries

Description: We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer to enhance our existing KCC Foundation website and admin portal with a secure video briefing module. The module will allow us to upload meeting recordings and strategic presentations, share them with selected family members, and track verified viewing activity. Technology stack Our PRD specifies Next.js/React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js/NestJS and PostgreSQL, with Google Shared Drive integration. Please verify the existing codebase before proposing implementation. Key requirements Upload and manage recordings through the admin portal. Share personal invitation links with one-time code verification—no viewer registration required. Provide smooth, mobile-friendly streaming, including practical testing with a viewer in mainland China. Generate English/Mandarin transcripts and AI summaries, with editing and approval before publication. Track verified recipients, viewing sessions, approximate progress and access history. Include individual access revocation, expiry controls, suspicious-activity flags and visible viewer watermarks. Protect videos, transcripts and attachments from unauthorised access. Delivery and budget A detailed PRD is available. We prefer usage-based infrastructure and AI services without mandatory annual subscriptions or per-member fees. We would like to begin with a small paid pilot to validate secure access, mainland-China playback and AI quality before completing the module.
