Full-stack developer – multilingual recruitment platform (mobile + web)

We’re building a recruitment and workforce platform for employers hiring skilled and semi-skilled workers. The work covers the full product, delivered in phases over about 24 months: Mobile app (Android first, iOS later): worker registration and profiles, assessments and short training content, job matching and offers. Voice input and audio guidance, in several languages including Arabic (right-to-left). Web portals: for employers, recruiters and partners, covering job requests, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers and post-hire tracking, with dashboards and reporting. Admin panel: users and roles, configurable workflows, content and settings management, audit logs. Integrations: WhatsApp Business API, SMS, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, and HR systems via API. Cloud deployment, security and data-protection controls, testing, documentation and handover. Detailed specifications, priorities and acceptance criteria are agreed directly with the client under NDA.
