We are revamping our corporate website We are looking for an experienced developer to implement these designs accurately and build the new website end to end. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Public Website (Frontend) Implement the finalized designs as a fast, responsive, SEO-friendly website covering the following pages: Total Pages : 14 2. Admin Panel Build a secure admin panel that lets our team manage website content without developer involvement: Total Pages : 10 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Frontend: Next.js Admin panel: React.js (frontend), Nest.js (backend) CI/CD and staging: GitHub (CI/CD), AWS Press releases, sitemap, Search Console: Custom CMS, Google Search Console integration Data backup and DR: AWS S3 Basic SEO: Next.js best practices, structured data (Schema) AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): FAQ schema, llms.txt GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): robots.txt configured for AI crawlers, llms.txt, schema markup, support for blogs and community content Data migration: Migrate all existing data (ratings, documents, press releases, research) from the current website to the new one WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Strong, proven experience with Next.js, React.js and Nest.js - Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS - Ability to translate designs into pixel-accurate, responsive pages - Experience building role-based admin panels / custom CMS - Understanding of technical SEO and structured data - Prior work with financial, regulatory or document-heavy websites is a plus - Clear communication and regular progress updates WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL - Links to similar websites or admin panels you have built - Your proposed timeline and milestones within the 1–2 month window - Your quoted cost (fixed or milestone-based) - Your availability to start
