Full-Stack Developer Needed to Build a Custom Personal App Clone with Dynamic Data Management

am looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create a 100% exact functional and UI/UX clone of an existing mobile application for my personal/private use only. This app will not be published on any public app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Key Requirements: UI/UX Replication: Pixel-perfect clone of the reference app's interface, navigation flows, and design elements. Core Functionality: Replicate all core features and interactive functions of the target app. Dynamic Content/Admin Control: I need a backend panel, dashboard, or a simple local data management system (like JSON, Firebase, or a custom admin panel) so I can easily update, add, or modify any information, text, or media inside the app at any time without needing developer help. Platform: Please specify if you will build this using Flutter, React Native, or Native Android/iOS. Cross-platform (Flutter/React Native) is preferred. Deliverables: Source code ownership.
