Full-Stack Developer Needed to Build AI Agent Builder for Local Service Businesses

I'm building a SaaS platform that allows local service businesses to create and manage AI agents that handle inbound customer conversations. The first version will focus on businesses such as dental clinics, HVAC companies, home services, and similar local businesses. The goal is to let a business configure an AI agent once and have it handle conversations across website chat, SMS/WhatsApp, and eventually voice. What the platform needs to do A business should be able to: Create and manage their own account/workspace Configure an AI agent for their business Define business information, services, FAQs, hours, policies, etc. Connect the agent to an LLM Test the agent from inside the dashboard Receive and manage customer conversations Qualify leads based on configurable rules Capture lead/contact information Trigger follow-ups Hand conversations over to a human when required Connect external systems through APIs/webhooks The platform should be multi-tenant, with each business having isolated data and its own agent configuration. MVP For the first version, I want to focus on: Business → Agent Configuration → Customer Conversation → Lead Capture → CRM/Webhook The UI should include a dashboard for managing businesses, agents, conversations, and leads. I'm more interested in building a solid foundation than adding a large number of features to the first version. Technical requirements I'm open to the exact architecture, but I'm considering: Next.js / React TypeScript PostgreSQL / Supabase OpenAI or Anthropic API/webhook integrations Stripe for subscriptions Vercel or similar deployment Experience with AI agents, LLM APIs, streaming/chat interfaces, multi-tenant SaaS, and third-party API integrations would be valuable. Who I'm looking for I want a developer who can own the technical implementation rather than simply work from a list of tickets. You should be comfortable making architectural decisions, building the frontend and backend, integrating AI services, handling authentication/data isolation, and getting the application deployed. Experience building AI SaaS products or agent platforms is strongly preferred. Please include examples of AI agents, AI SaaS products, or multi-tenant platforms you've personally built.
