Full-Stack Developer-.NET/Azure

This engagement is a fixed-price, three-week contractor project to add Exception Queue Management to ATOM4INT, an existing Azure-native enterprise integration observability platform. The developer will extend the current Failure Handling module — rather than build a new one — to add operational ownership and triage: queues and sub-queues, automatic routing based on Business Process/Interface mapping with Global Queue fallback, assignment/reassignment workflows, status lifecycle, comments, and a full audit/activity history. Work spans the full stack (React/Next.js/TypeScript UI, .NET 8 Web APIs, Azure SQL/stored procedures) and must integrate cleanly with the platform's existing RBAC, Redis usage, and Azure background-processing patterns, with automatic queue routing kept fully asynchronous and out of the observation-ingestion path.
