We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to build out the core infrastructure and functionality for an automated web application called ConfirmBuild (to be confirmed). This project requires an engineer who has deep experience managing complex relational data, building robust automated scraping pipelines, and launching clean, professional dashboards.
If you are an agency that uses copy-and-paste templates, please do not apply. We are looking for an individual engineer (or small, elite team) with verified proof of work in this exact stack. Please start your application with the word "CONSTRUCTION" so we know you have read the full technical requirements.
Core Project Requirements:
• Frontend Architecture: Next.js (App Router preferred) deployed on Vercel to handle a multi-tenant client dashboard.
• Database & Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL). You must be highly proficient in database schema design, handling relational tables efficiently, and configuring secure Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.
• Data Automation: Building resilient, serverless background web scrapers (using Puppeteer, Playwright, or Python/BeautifulSoup) designed to securely navigate, authentic, and pull dynamic public records from municipal and state government portals.
• Document Processing: Dynamically compiling database records into polished, customer-facing, and downloadable PDF reports.
• Third-Party Integration: Embedding specific visual workflows from Bubble inside a clean Next.js architecture.
What We Look For in Your Proposal:
1. Proof of Work: A link to or summary of a production-ready application you built utilizing Next.js and Supabase simultaneously.
2. Scraper Resilience: Briefly describe how you approach building web scrapers so they do not permanently break when a government portal layout changes or updates its user interface.
3. Your Approach to PDF Generation: What library/tool do you recommend for generating highly styled, multi-page PDFs from Next.js serverless functions?
Project Scope & Engagement:
This project will begin with a brief, paid architectural scoping phase (5–10 hours) to map out the exact Supabase schema and data-flow diagrams. Upon successful alignment on the technical architecture, we will transition into building the full application under a milestone-based agreement.
Please provide your hourly rate, availability over the next 4–8 weeks, and direct examples of dashboards or automation pipelines you have personally engineered.
