Full-Stack PWA Developer for QR-Based

About the project I'm building [Product Name], a web-based replacement for restaurant pagers. A customer scans a QR code, their phone is linked to their order number, and when the order is ready, staff tap a button and the customer's phone gets an alert. There's no app download and no account. It's a progressive web app (PWA) for cafés, restaurants, clinics, and other businesses that call customers. What I need built (MVP) 1. Customer PWA (mobile-first, opens from a QR code) • Links the browser session to an order or ticket number • Shows live status ("Preparing" → "Ready") • Alerts when ready: web push where supported, plus loud sound, vibration, and a full-screen visual alert while the page is open • Handles iOS limitations (Add to Home Screen prompt, fallback alerts) • Works reliably on weak or unstable Wi-Fi 2. Staff dashboard (tablet and desktop web) • Create orders and show the QR code for each customer • One-tap "Send call" button, plus resend and cancel • Simple list of active and completed orders 3. Business admin • Multi-tenant setup (each business has its own QR, branding, and data) • Custom logo, colors, and notification message • Stripe subscription billing (annual plans) 4. Basic analytics: average wait time, peak times, and orders completed vs. cancelled Privacy requirement: The core product collects no personal customer information (no name, phone, or email). Required skills • Strong experience with React or Next.js and Node.js (or a comparable stack) • Shipped PWAs with service workers and web push (including iOS Safari behavior) • Real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase, Supabase, Ably, or similar) • Stripe subscriptions • Postgres or a comparable database; secure multi-tenant architecture • Clean, documented code and Git workflow Nice to have • POS integration experience (Square, Toast, Clover) • Twilio SMS fallback (optional feature, planned for later) • Experience with restaurant or hospitality tech • Arabic/English or other multilingual (RTL) support Deliverables • Working MVP deployed to a staging and production environment • Full source code in my GitHub repository, with all IP transferred to me • Short setup documentation and a handoff session To apply, please include: 1.
