Full-Stack Software Engineering Advisor For Production Ready App

I’ve been building my app with Claude (AI coding assistant) and it’s close to production, but progress keeps getting stuck in loops: fixes that break other things, repeated rework, going in circles. The current estimate to finish is 400–1,200 hours, and I think a clear plan could cut that down a lot. What I need: • Review the codebase and identify what’s actually left before launch • Spot where and why the AI keeps looping • Write a clear, step-by-step plan, broken into tasks and prompts I can give Claude to avoid the loops and get to production • Give your own realistic hour estimate I have an engineering advisor but want fresh eyes to speed things up.
