GoHighLevel Expert / Full-Stack Developer — AI, APIs & Integrations | Part-Time

We’re looking for a proactive developer with advanced GoHighLevel knowledge and full-stack experience to help maintain and improve our existing platform. We provide a built-for-you CRM system for real estate clients, handling setup, customization, and ongoing support. Our platform, snapshot, and onboarding process are already built. We need someone who can refine these systems, develop new capabilities, and make onboarding faster and more plug-and-play. What you’ll work on: Improve our GHL snapshot, automations, workflows, pipelines, calendars, and overall CRM experience. Build API and external AI/LLM integrations for daily agent digests, personalized database re-engagement, and analyzing, categorizing, and routing replies. Connect GHL with external applications and backend services. Maintain and improve our existing MLS data integration using Supabase and services hosted on Render. Use GitHub to manage code, document changes, and maintain version control. Create reusable configurations and processes that simplify client onboarding. Troubleshoot issues, test changes, and proactively recommend improvements. Join occasional client demo or support calls to demonstrate features and explain workflows. Important technical context: Our MLS feed runs through an external backend; it does not integrate directly into GHL. You must understand how APIs, databases, and backend services work together alongside GHL. This is a live client platform. Accurate listing data, reliable syncing, secure credential handling, and compliance with data licensing restrictions are essential. What we’re looking for: Deep, hands-on GHL expertise, including snapshots, workflows, pipelines, custom fields, calendars, and APIs. Full-stack development experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, databases, and backend integrations. Practical experience with Supabase, Render, and GitHub. Experience integrating external AI APIs into real business workflows. Careful handling of contact data, opt-outs, duplicate prevention, and outreach approvals. Clear communication and confidence joining client calls. Someone who identifies issues, proposes solutions, and follows through without needing every task assigned. Experience with MLS Grid, IDX/BBO feeds, or similar data integrations is strongly preferred. This starts part-time, with room to increase hours as we add clients. Some overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours is required, particularly for scheduled client calls. We’re looking for a long-term working relationship.
