Hotel Management System (Full-Stack Web App)

Description I’m looking for a full-stack developer to build a web-based hotel management system for a small-to-mid-sized hotel. Guests should be able to see available rooms and book online, and hotel staff should be able to manage rooms, bookings, check-ins and payments from one admin dashboard. User roles Guest: browses rooms, books, and views or cancels their booking Receptionist: manages bookings, check-in/check-out, walk-in guests Admin/Manager: full access, reports, staff management Required features Guest side Room listing with photos, type (single/double/suite), price per night and amenities Availability search by check-in date, check-out date and number of guests Booking flow with guest details and a booking confirmation (email + booking code) “My bookings” page to view or cancel a booking Admin / staff side Room management: add, edit or delete rooms and set each one’s status (available, occupied, cleaning, maintenance) Booking management: view, approve, cancel, and change dates Check-in / check-out flow Walk-in booking from the front desk Guest records with stay history Invoice generation at checkout, including room charges plus extras (food, laundry), with a PDF download Dashboard: occupancy rate, today’s check-ins and check-outs, revenue chart Staff accounts with role-based permissions Technical requirements Any modern stack (Next.js, Laravel, Django, MERN, Go and so on) Relational database preferred (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Secure auth with role-based access control Must prevent double-booking the same room for overlapping dates Responsive design for desktop and mobile Nice to have Online payment integration (Chapa or Stripe, test mode) Booking calendar view Telegram or email notification to the manager for new bookings Deliverables A live deployed link with demo accounts (guest, receptionist, admin) A GitHub repo with a clean README (features, screenshots, setup steps) A 2–3 minute demo video
