Kajabi Digital Experience & UX Developer

Project Overview We're looking for an experienced Kajabi expert who is passionate about creating exceptional digital learning experiences. We have an interactive journal that has already been professionally designed in Adobe. Our goal is to transform it into a seamless, engaging digital experience that lives inside one of our Kajabi courses. This is more than simply uploading a PDF—we want participants to feel like they're moving through an intuitive, interactive experience that keeps them engaged every step of the way. What You'll Do Transform an Adobe-designed journal into a fully integrated Kajabi experience. Build an intuitive, mobile-friendly digital journal within Kajabi. Create a seamless user experience between videos, lessons, exercises, and journal activities. Design interactive elements that encourage reflection and action rather than static reading. Recommend the best Kajabi features (Assessments, Forms, Custom Code, Progress Tracking, Automations, etc.) to improve the learner experience. Optimize lesson flow, navigation, and user engagement. Implement custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript when needed to enhance Kajabi beyond its native capabilities. Ensure the experience works beautifully across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Collaborate with our team to refine the experience based on user testing and feedback. Required Experience We're looking for someone who has: Deep expertise with Kajabi course development. Experience creating premium digital learning experiences—not just building courses. Strong UX/UI design instincts. Experience turning PDFs, Adobe files, or workbooks into engaging digital experiences. Knowledge of learner engagement and instructional design best practices. Experience with custom code inside Kajabi (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Understanding of user flows, customer journeys, and conversion optimization. Ability to recommend creative solutions—not just execute instructions. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience with Adobe InDesign or Adobe XD files. Experience integrating Kajabi with tools such as Zapier, Typeform, Interact, or Webflow. Experience building interactive quizzes, progress trackers, or personalized learning experiences. Familiarity with retirement, coaching, leadership development, or online education is a plus. About the Project We are building a premium retirement life design program that helps people create a personalized Life Plan for retirement.
