Klaviyo Expert for Troubleshooting

We need a Klaviyo expert to help troubleshoot and resolve issues with our email marketing setup. Specifically, to start, people who are signing up are not getting my welcome series with coupon. The work includes identifying the root cause of problems, testing fixes, and improving campaign performance. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and delivering practical solutions quickly. This is a short-term project - could turn into a longterm for continued email marketing for someone who can diagnose issues, implement fixes, and help ensure our email campaigns run smoothly.
