Laravel 13 + Next.js SaaS Launch

We need a freelancer to help launch an existing Laravel 13 + Next.js multi-tenant clinic SaaS for a small pilot. The platform is already built, installs, migrates, and passes tests. We need the minimum work to make it live for a few paying pilot clinics. Scope includes Stripe subscription billing for one plan, security and access-control fixes, subscription enforcement, daily backups, production deployment, a lightweight in-app assistant using clinic data, and QA plus handover.
