Laravel Backend Developer + Mobile App Developer (React Native or Flutter)

Description: We have a fully built Laravel 12 backend (PHP 8.4) covering user authentication, real-time chat, skill matching, connections, notifications, onboarding, and an admin panel. The backend was built by a senior developer over 8 months and has 94 passing tests. It is production-grade and well structured. What we need now is two things: Extend the existing Laravel backend to expose proper REST API endpoints for mobile consumption Build an Arabic-first mobile app (iOS and Android) in React Native or Flutter that connects to those endpoints, with full RTL support and push notifications The mobile app needs to replicate and improve the current web experience: onboarding, skill matching, connection requests, real-time chat, notifications, and user profiles. Tech stack already in place: Laravel 12, PHP 8.4 MySQL 8 Redis Laravel Reverb (WebSockets) Meilisearch (full text search) Laravel Fortify + Socialite (auth + Google OAuth) What I’m looking for: Strong Laravel experience React Native or Flutter experience with Arabic RTL support Experience building and consuming REST APIs Clean, documented code Arabic language is a plus but not required Please share your portfolio, relevant past projects, and your estimated timeline and cost for this scope of work.
