Localization project manager

Localization Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager with strong sales and customer service skills to join our growing translation and localization company. Responsibilities: * Manage translation and localization projects from start to finish * Answer incoming client calls professionally and promptly * Follow up with leads, quotes, and potential clients * Convert inquiries and quotes into sales * Communicate with clients, translators, and linguists * Prepare quotes and meet project deadlines * Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously * Provide excellent customer service Requirements: * Translation/localization project management experience * Strong sales ability and confidence speaking with clients by phone * Excellent English and communication skills * Highly responsive, organized, and proactive * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Experience with PLUNET or similar TMS platforms is a plus We are looking for someone dependable, sales-minded, and customer-focused who wants a long-term opportunity with our team.
