Long-Term E-commerce Developer Needed

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce developer to take over the ongoing management and development of our existing online store: https://eliteconciergeangola.com/ The website was originally built around 8 years ago and has been maintained and updated by an agency. Their maintenance costs have gradually increased, so we are now looking for a reliable developer who can work with us directly on a long-term basis. This is not just a maintenance job. Over the next 6+ months, we want to gradually modernize and expand the entire store. The initial work will include reviewing the existing website, understanding the current setup, fixing or updating outdated areas, handling regular maintenance, and making sure the store remains stable and secure. We also plan to expand our business into Europe and East Asia, so the store will need to better support international customers. This may include multi-currency functionality, international pricing/payment considerations, localization, shipping configuration, and other improvements required for selling across multiple markets. We currently have an established product catalog and would also like to add three additional product catalogs/categories, including areas such as: Car accessories Fitness equipment Additional products/categories to be finalized Over time, we also want to improve the overall website — design, navigation, product organization, mobile experience, performance, and the general shopping experience. We don't expect everything to be rebuilt at once. We'd rather work step by step with someone who first understands the existing system and then recommends what should be retained, upgraded, replaced, or rebuilt.
