Looking for a senior software engineer(Must English-C1/C2)

I am currently seeking a highly proficient Senior Software Engineer to join our research and development unit. This is not merely a developmental role; it is a strategic appointment for an individual who will function as my primary Technical Assistant, bridging the gap between our core engineering methodologies and the external stakeholder community. Language Proficiency Requirements: Given the international scope of our collaborations, the successful candidate must demonstrate unequivocal proficiency in the English language, corresponding to the C1 (Effective Operational Proficiency) or C2 (Mastery) levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Beyond mere fluency, the incumbent must exhibit the nuanced lexical capacity and syntactic precision required to articulate complex architectural decisions with clarity and authority. Core Responsibilities & Client Engagement: A critical component of this position involves conducting and facilitating high-level technical interviews with our clientele. The ideal candidate will serve as the principal technical interlocutor, tasked with: Translating intricate software paradigms into accessible, business-aligned vernacular for diverse audiences. Leading client discovery sessions to distill abstract requirements into concrete, actionable engineering tasks.
