Looking for Woocommerce Expert To Migrate Site from Hostinger to Cloudways

We have a wordpress woocommerce site that gets 2000-3000 visits a day with 20-30 sales per day. We have been experiencing mysterious hosting issues where the site goes down. It is setup on Hostinger Cloud Enterprise plan, but (at least according to Claude) there is an issue of "noisy neighbors" where other entities on the shared hosting is hammering our server and bringing it down. We want someone to investigate what we have going on and if determined necessary, to migrate from Hostinger to Cloudways (Digital Ocean droplet). In addition, we're looking for a competent developer to handle our dev needs long-term as demands come up.
