MCP Server Developer (TypeScript or Python) for AI Coding Agents

I need a developer who builds MCP servers and tools that AI agents use. The agents connect to an issue tracker, GitHub and test tools, so the work is mostly clean, reliable integrations with good guardrails: what an agent can do, what it can't, and a log of everything it did. You should have: - At least one MCP server or tool-calling integration you built that an AI agent uses - Strong TypeScript or Python - API integration experience (GitHub, Jira or similar) Nice to have: agent hooks, custom skills, Claude Code / Codex, OpenTelemetry.
