Merge and Structure GitHub Repositories

I have 2-3 separate GitHub repositories that are currently not connected, and I need help merging them into a single, organized project structure. The goal is to bring the codebases together in a way that makes them easier to manage, maintain, and collaborate on. I’m looking for someone who can assess the current setup, recommend a clear structure, and implement the merge while preserving existing functionality and minimizing disruption. Experience working with multiple repositories and organizing codebases is important for this project.
