WE ARE HIRING: MOODLE LMS, BIGBLUEBUTTON & AI INTEGRATION EXPERT ABC INTERNATIONAL – English Language Training Institution ABC International is seeking a highly experienced Moodle LMS Developer and AI E-Learning Specialist to build a modern, scalable and interactive online English language learning platform. We currently operate on LearnDash (WordPress) and wish to migrate to Moodle, incorporating live online teaching through BigBlueButton and advanced AI-powered English language instruction. Our objective is to establish a comprehensive learning environment combining teacher-led lessons, independent learning, automated assessments and conversational AI tutoring. 1. LEARNDASH TO MOODLE MIGRATION - Migrate existing courses, lessons, quizzes, assessments and student records from LearnDash to Moodle. - Configure student, teacher and administrator dashboards. - Implement grading, attendance monitoring, progress tracking and reporting. - Ensure a secure migration with minimal disruption to existing operations. 2. BIGBLUEBUTTON – LIVE ONLINE CLASSES - Integrate BigBlueButton with Moodle. - Enable live video lessons, breakout rooms, interactive whiteboards, screen sharing and recordings. - Support multiple teachers conducting simultaneous classes. - Accommodate approximately 200 students attending lessons at different scheduled times. - Provide attendance and student participation reporting. 3. AI INTEGRATION – ESSENTIAL We require a developer capable of implementing advanced AI functionality, including: - Conversational AI English Tutor: Students must be able to speak naturally with an AI tutor and receive spoken responses. - Pronunciation Assessment: AI must listen to students, identify pronunciation errors and provide corrective feedback. - Grammar and Writing Assessment: Automated correction of grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction and compositions. - Speaking Evaluations: Assessment of fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammatical accuracy. - Personalised Learning: AI must identify individual learning gaps and recommend targeted exercises. - AI-Generated Learning Activities: Quizzes, grammar drills, comprehension exercises and speaking practice. - Student Performance Analytics: AI-assisted progress reports accessible to teachers and administrators. - 24/7 AI Support: Students must be able to practise independently outside scheduled classes. We envisage an interactive learning experience comparable in concept to advanced conversational language-learning applications such as Duolingo Max. 4. MANDATORY LIVE DEMONSTRATION Applicants must demonstrate a fully functioning AI-powered learning solution. The demonstration must show: 1. A student speaking directly to an AI English tutor. 2. The AI responding naturally through spoken conversation. 3. The AI identifying and correcting grammatical and pronunciation errors. 4. The AI evaluating the student's speaking ability and providing meaningful feedback. 5. The system recording student progress and generating performance reports. 6. How the AI functionality integrates with Moodle or can be implemented within our proposed platform. Screenshots, presentations and theoretical explanations alone will not be accepted as proof of technical capability. Applicants must demonstrate actual working technology, whether through an existing project or a functional prototype. 5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - Proven Moodle LMS development and customisation experience. - Experience migrating LearnDash or WordPress-based LMS platforms. - BigBlueButton integration and hosting experience. - AI API integration, conversational AI and speech recognition technologies. - PHP, MySQL/MariaDB and server administration. - Secure authentication, data protection and intellectual property safeguards. - Experience developing scalable educational platforms. 6. PROJECT PROPOSAL, COSTING & PAYMENT PLAN All applicants must submit a detailed written project proposal, including: - A breakdown of development and implementation costs. - A realistic project timeline with clearly defined milestones. - A proposed milestone-based payment plan, with payments linked to completed, tested and approved deliverables. - Separate costs for Moodle migration, BigBlueButton integration and AI development. - Monthly or annual hosting, AI API usage, licensing and maintenance costs. - Post-launch technical support and warranty arrangements. - A final handover plan, including full administrative access, source code and technical documentation. ABC International will not consider substantial upfront payments without verified deliverables. Final payment will be subject to successful system testing, acceptance and complete handover. 7.
