Multi-Hop Redirect Page (HTML or PHP)

I need a developer to build a simple redirect page, delivered as either a single HTML file or a single PHP file (whichever is faster and more reliable for you) How it should work A visitor opens a single URL on my domain (the "entry page"). The page loads and immediately sends the visitor through a chain of redirects. The chain is 5 steps long. Each step sends the visitor to the next URL in a fixed list of 5 websites. After the 5th step, the visitor lands on the final destination and stays there. In short: the visitor goes through 5 hops, and the 5th site is where they end up. Specific requirements Exactly 5 target URLs, provided by me at the start. The order is fixed. Each hop must be a real, visible redirect, not a hidden or cloaked one. The visitor should see each site load in turn. The sequence must be stateful across visits. Each time someone visits the entry page, it should start the chain over from the beginning (or I can tell you if you think a different behavior is better and why). The final landing page must be the last URL in the list and must not redirect again. Code must be clean, commented, and easy for me to edit the list of URLs later without touching the logic. No external libraries or paid services. Plain HTML/JavaScript or plain PHP only. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and on mobile. Deliverables One file (index.html or index.php) with the full logic. A short README explaining how to change the URL list and how to deploy the file. A brief test walkthrough showing that all 5 hops and the final landing work. Nice to have A simple way to reset the chain manually (for example, a query parameter). Basic logging of which step a visitor is on (optional). What I will provide The 5 target URLs. The domain and hosting details for deployment, or instructions for me to deploy it myself.
