We're building a multi-tenant compliance management platform for the dental industry, replacing a legacy portal serving 900+ locations. Looking for a senior full-stack developer for a 3–6 month engagement, with potential for ongoing work. What you'll build: Multi-tenant architecture with three-tier role hierarchy (enterprise → location → staff) and row-level security Dynamic form engine with per-tenant defaults, overrides, and versioning Document generation pipeline (structured data → templated PDFs) with expiry tracking Mobile-first PWA with camera capture and file upload for field logging Rollup reporting dashboards with export Data migration from a legacy CRM-backed system Required: Strong React/Next.js and TypeScript Postgres, ideally Supabase, RLS policy design specifically, not just familiarity Server-side PDF generation experience REST API integration work (WordPress/LearnDash, Zoho CRM a plus) Experience shipping production multi-tenant SaaS Nice to have: HIPAA-adjacent or regulated-industry work PWA / offline-capable app experience Data migration at scale Scope, in eight work packages: Foundation — multi-tenant model (enterprise → location → user, enterprise tier optional), RLS at the DB layer, three-tier role permissions Dynamic form + document engine — configurable forms with pre-populated editable line items and a ~60-100 row editable matrix; merges to templated PDF with expiry tracking and version retention; admin-authorable without a deploy Recurring logs — equipment registry plus weekly/quarterly test logs with file and camera-photo evidence Task engine — recurring task templates by role, due dates, overdue states, evidence-gated completion Rollup dashboards — document/log/training status across locations, sub-2s at 900 tenants with 3 years of history, CSV export LMS integration — provision users and read completion status via REST API (WordPress/LearnDash) Mobile — mobile-first PWA, camera capture, queued uploads that survive dropped connections Migration — 900 tenants off a legacy CRM-backed system, cohort rollout in waves, parallel-run for several months WP2 is the core of the product and the least standard piece. WP8 we're happy to scope after a data audit rather than fixed-price blind. Required: Senior React/Next.js + TypeScript. Postgres/Supabase with real RLS policy design experience.
