Ongoing Dev or Team: First Project - Events App

Hi, I'm starting a very small side business supporting events/sales people with events-based apps. I need help developing a mobile app (probably React Native, but lightweight is ok too), that is a smaller version of Partiful (https://partiful.com/). I can do the design and project management. I need someone to do the actual development. This is my first client. If this goes well - we'll have more. These projects should be in the $1,000 - $2,000 range to start and some might have a monthly retainer. Again, the goal here is to build a very simple web-based mobile app that allows people to sign-up for events, get a calendar invite, and an SMS reminder. Super simple (but well designed) to start.
