OpenAI API & LangChain Expert to Fix a Broken RAG Chatbot

We built a custom chatbot using Python, LangChain, and Pinecone to answer queries based on our company wiki. Unfortunately, the current implementation has several issues. The chatbot sometimes hallucinates, provides incorrect or overly generic answers, and occasionally crashes. The chunking strategy may need improvement, and the prompts may need to be rewritten. We’re looking for an experienced developer to audit the existing code, fix the RAG pipeline, improve retrieval accuracy, and make the chatbot reliable. The goal is to ensure the chatbot provides accurate, relevant answers based on our company knowledge base.
