Milestone 1 — VPS and install Set up the VPS on Contabo (Ubuntu LTS): Nginx or Apache, PHP 8.3+, MySQL/MariaDB, Let’s Encrypt SSL, firewall, fail2ban, daily automated backups, Cloudflare in front Osclass 8.x, Delta or Epsilon theme (MB Themes), child theme only, no core modifications, auto-upgrade on Spanish UI and emails Locations v3 with Spain dataset (provinces + municipalities) SMTP email (Postmark or Brevo) Deliver server documentation and all credentials Milestone 2 — Scraping and SEO Scrape the old site from web.archive.org: categories, city pages, static pages, blog posts, URL patterns Rebuild the same URL structure; 301 every URL in the backlink export I provide Old listings: import as expired only if description is substantial or URL has backlinks; remove names, phones, emails; no images with faces or plates. All others 301 to category/city page Expired listings stay online and indexable: “anuncio caducado” notice, contact form disabled, similar active ads block, owner can delete from dashboard, auto-noindex after 6 months if no backlinks Metadata, canonicals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data (Product/Offer, BreadcrumbList, Organization), WebP + lazy loading, Core Web Vitals green on mobile, GA4, Search Console Noindex on category/city pages with fewer than 3 active listings and on search/filter pages Acceptance: zero 404s on linked URLs (Screaming Frog) Milestone 3 — Moderation Osclass ban rules + security plugins: banned words, blocked categories, duplicate phone/email, rate limiting Separate microservice (Python or Node) called on pre_item_post and edited_item: sends title, text, images to an LLM API, returns publish / review / reject. Review = not published. Service down = manual queue. Log every decision Acceptance: 50 valid + 50 trap ads I provide, all classified correctly Milestone 4 — Payments and go-live Osclass Pay + Stripe for featured ads and bumps Theme ad slots (header, in-results, sidebar, listing page, mobile anchor) editable from backoffice; editable ads.txt Privacy policy, terms, cookie consent with Consent Mode v2, user data export and account deletion Weekly email digest to owner: key metrics + review queue End-to-end test of posting flow as anonymous mobile user 30 days bug fixing after go-live Native Osclass features (search, dashboard, expiration/renewal, contact form, report, CAPTCHA, email verification) are configuration only, not custom work.
