Perfex CRM Multi-Business Integration & Long-Term Specialist

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced **Perfex CRM developer and systems specialist** to help us consolidate two existing businesses into one Perfex operating platform. Perfex is currently installed and operational within one of the businesses. However, both businesses are still operating independently across a number of external systems, including platforms such as Freshdesk, Freshsales and other bolt-on applications. This means that, during the development phase, we can continue operating through our existing systems while Perfex is being configured, tested and progressively integrated. We do not need to switch everything over immediately. The intention is to build the system properly in the background, validate each workflow and integration, and only move fully into Perfex once the platform is stable, complete and ready for day-to-day operations. Both businesses already have their own branding, websites, lead sources, customer databases, marketing systems, phone numbers, email systems, workflows and reporting processes. The objective is to bring both businesses into **one Perfex installation**, while keeping them clearly separated and independently operational within the same platform. Each business must retain its own: * branding and communications; * leads and customers; * sales pipelines; * website enquiries; * marketing campaigns; * phone numbers and call activity; * email templates and automations; * staff permissions; * workflows; and * individual reporting. Management must still be able to oversee both businesses from the one system, while staff access is controlled according to their role and the business they are assigned to. A major part of this project is reducing our reliance on multiple disconnected bolt-on systems. We want to identify which functions can be brought directly into Perfex, which integrations are genuinely required, and which external systems can ultimately be removed once Perfex is fully operational. The project will include: * reviewing our current Perfex configuration; * reviewing the external systems currently used across both businesses; * designing the correct multi-business structure within Perfex; * configuring and integrating the second business; * maintaining clear separation between both businesses; * integrating websites, forms, email, phone and marketing systems; * building automated workflows, customer journeys, reminders and task allocation; * creating reporting for each business and consolidated management reporting; * progressively replacing unnecessary external systems; and * recommending any modules or custom development required. I am not looking for someone to simply install modules or complete a one-off setup. The person selected to design and build this system will become our **long-term Perfex specialist and primary point of contact** for everything relating to the platform. This will include ongoing development, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, integrations, maintenance and future improvements. For that reason, I am looking for someone who is reliable, responsive and capable of taking ownership of the system over the long term. All Perfex-related work would remain with the specialist chosen to build the platform. Initially, I would like the freelancer to provide: 1. An assessment of the current Perfex configuration. 2. A recommended structure for operating both businesses independently within one installation. 3. A review of our existing external systems and which functions can be moved into Perfex. 4. A staged implementation and migration plan. 5. A testing and transition plan that allows both businesses to continue operating during development. 6. Examples of similar Perfex projects previously completed. 7. Details of how ongoing support, maintenance and system ownership would be managed. The end goal is one central Perfex operating platform, two independently functioning businesses, fewer disconnected systems, stronger automation, better reporting and one trusted specialist responsible for the ongoing performance of the platform.
