Pixel-perfect rebuild of a small 7-page WordPress site in Next.js (deploy to Vercel)

We have a small marketing site currently on WordPress that we want rebuilt as a static Next.js site hosted on Vercel. **Same design, same content — this is a straight port, not a redesign.** Do not improve, restyle, or “modernize” anything. If it looks different, it’s wrong. We will provide access to the existing site through Upwork so you can review all pages and assets before beginning. ### SCOPE The entire site includes: * 1 long homepage with anchor-scroll sections (about, services, portfolio, team, stats, testimonials, news, contact) * 3 standalone pages: /careers/, /lets-work-together/, /successful-pitch-angles/ * 2 blog posts + 1 careers listing post * 1 contact form * Existing external links (Calendly booking, LinkedIn, X) should remain as-is ### REQUIREMENTS * Next.js (App Router) + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS * Static export where possible * Deployed to a Vercel project we own * All existing URLs preserved exactly, including trailing slashes, so redirects are not needed and SEO is preserved * All images and fonts downloaded and self-hosted in the repo — no hotlinking back to the WordPress installation, which will be shut down * Existing page titles, meta descriptions, OG tags, and favicon carried over * Current site uses Yoast; existing metadata should be preserved * Contact form must work and deliver submissions to our designated business inbox * Use a simple hosted handler such as Formspree, Resend, or a Vercel route * No database, CMS, or backend service requiring a paid subscription * Text content must live in plain editable files (MDX or a JSON/TS content file per page), NOT hardcoded deep inside components * A non-developer should be able to change a headline or add a blog post without touching layout code * Responsive and pixel-matched at 1440px, 768px, and 375px * Lighthouse performance score of 90+ on mobile * No WordPress * No page builder * No jQuery * No paid dependencies ### DELIVERABLES 1. Complete source code in a .zip and/or repository transferred to us 2. Live Vercel preview deployment for review 3. Short README explaining: * How to run the site locally * How to edit text/content * How to add a blog post * How to deploy 4.
