Project Title: Pathfinder Phase 1 MVP — Multi-Vendor Activity & Booking Marketplace

Project Overview: Build a fully functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Pathfinder, a web marketplace where students book short trial programs and workshops. The platform supports three user roles (Student, Parent, Provider) and integrates automated commission splitting. Scope of Work & Features (Phase 1):User Accounts & Roles:Student, Parent, and Provider accounts with role-based access. Parent-to-student account linking (Parent approval required for under-18 bookings). Provider & Discovery System:Provider profile and trial/activity listing creation (title, price, duration, location, time slots, capacity). Admin ability to publish/manage listings on behalf of providers for smooth onboarding.Discovery Quiz (8–12 questions) returning suggested trial paths. Explore/Search page with filters (category, location, price, age) and trial detail page. Booking & Automated Payments:Interactive booking flow with slot selection and availability control. Payment Gateway Integration (Tap Payments / Moyasar or Stripe Connect UAE) with Automated Split Payment capability to retain platform commission and route vendor funds. Student booking view, Parent approval dashboard, and automated email notifications. Proposed Budget & Structure: Fixed budget of $800, split into two equal milestones ($400 for Core Setup & Roles / $400 for Booking Flow, Split Payments & Deployment). Complete Scope of Work (SOW) document will be provided upon discussion. Terms:Payments are released only after testing and accepting each milestone. Code repository, domain, and hosting must remain in Client-owned accounts. Includes a 30-day post-delivery bug-fixing period at no extra charge.
