Python Developer Needed — Understand Existing Project, Improve & Deploy [Possible Mobile App Later] 

Budget is not final. It can change after our discussion. I have an existing Python project/codebase. I need an experienced Python developer who can first understand the project by speaking with me, then improve/complete it, explain the code clearly, and help with deployment. Important: I cannot write a complete technical specification right now. I will explain the project verbally on a call/screen share. You should be comfortable understanding requirements through discussion, asking the right questions, and preparing a simple development plan. What I need: 1. Review my existing Python code/project. 2. Join a call with me to understand the current status and remaining work. 3. Prepare a short plan: what is pending, suggested approach, estimated hours/days, and fixed price or hourly estimate. 4. After agreement, complete the development work with clean, understandable code. 5. Explain the final code and how to run/deploy it in simple English. 6. Deployment support may be needed. Future work: This is intended as a long-term relationship. After the first phase, I may need ongoing improvements, new features, bug fixes, and possibly deployment/maintenance. Possible future requirement: Later, I may also need a mobile application connected to this Python project/backend. Please mention if you have experience with Python backend + mobile app development, especially Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS. These are not mandate. Ideal freelancer: - Strong Python experience - Can understand an existing codebase - Good English/Hindi communication on calls - Can explain technical things simply - Experience with Git, APIs, databases, and deployment is a plus - Mobile app experience is a plus, but not mandatory for this first phase Please apply only if you are available for a short call to discuss the project.
