## React Native Developer Needed — Junior / Talented Developer Working Under Senior Developer We are looking for a talented React Native developer to join our team and work under the guidance of a senior developer. This role is suitable for a junior or early mid-level developer, but talent, problem-solving ability, clean thinking, and willingness to learn are more important than years of experience. You will work on a mobile app related to project management and communication, and may also support other projects from time to time. You should be comfortable switching between different tasks and projects based on direction from senior developers. ### What you will do * Work on React Native mobile app development * Build clean, reusable, and maintainable components * Fix bugs and improve existing features * Follow instructions from the senior developer * Work with APIs and backend integration * Handle UI implementation from Figma designs * Help improve app performance and user experience * Switch between different projects when needed * Review your own work carefully before submitting ### What we are looking for * Good knowledge of React Native * Understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript * Ability to work with Figma designs * Good problem-solving skills * Ability to understand complex requirements * Clean coding habits * Willingness to follow coding standards and project structure * Good communication * Ability to ask questions when something is unclear * Responsible attitude toward deadlines and quality You do not need to be highly experienced, but you must be talented, serious, and able to solve real development problems. ### About AI usage You are allowed to use AI tools while working. We do not see AI usage as a bad thing. However, you must not blindly copy and paste AI-generated code. You must: * understand the code you write * review AI-generated code carefully * test your work properly * follow our coding standards * make sure the solution fits the project structure * be able to explain your code during review Using AI is fine. Depending on AI without understanding is not fine. ### Selection process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a live technical interview. The interview will include: * live coding session * screen sharing * technical questions * discussion about React Native concepts * review of how you approach problem-solving During the live coding session, you will need to share your screen and show how you think, code, debug, and solve problems. ### Important note Please apply only if you are comfortable with a live coding interview and screen sharing.
