React Native / Expo developer for housing platform apps + admin (iOS + Android, Supabase)

We're 4thscenery, a Dutch agency. Our client Vontra (https://vontra.nl) is a housing platform in the Netherlands. House hunters build one digital housing file and respond to listings quickly. Landlords and real estate agents manage their properties and candidates in one place. WHAT WE NEED Two mobile apps for iOS and Android: APP 1: Mijn Vontra (for house hunters) Dashboard, AI matches, favourites, applications, Auto Apply, digital housing file with documents, messages, notifications and a Premium upgrade. APP 2: Vontra Pro (for landlords and agents) Dashboard, properties, candidates and leads, workflow, calendar, AI listing generator, document check, statistics, chat, team and invoices. Inside Vontra Pro there is also an Admin environment, only visible when the owner of Vontra logs in. With it the owner manages the whole platform from the app. For example: - Overview of all users (house hunters, landlords and agents) - Approve, block or delete accounts - Check and verify documents and landlords - View and manage all listings - Overview of Premium and Pro subscriptions and payments - Platform statistics (new users, applications, activity) - Send messages or notifications to users The exact admin features are set together with the client at the start of the project. The admin environment is not in the demo; this is new. EXTRAS ON TOP OF THE WEB VERSION (see the attached image for an example screen) - Push notifications ("New home that matches you!") - Login with Face ID - Scanning documents with the camera - Track your application: from response to viewing to contract - Chat & calendar: messages and viewings in one tap Note: the final feature list is set together with the client at the start of the project. REQUIREMENTS - We think two separate apps work best, as described above. But if everything can easily be built in one app (with separate logins for house hunters, landlords/agents and the admin), we'd love to hear that too. Please tell us what you would advise and why. - Both apps must be available in Dutch and English, with a language switch. - They must connect to the existing platform: same accounts and data as the website. The site is built with Lovable, most likely on Supabase. - Publishing in the App Store and Google Play, on the client's own developer accounts. - The client owns all code. NDA required. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Strong experience with React Native and Expo (or Flutter) - Experience with Supabase - At least 2 apps you built that are live in the App Store / Google Play - Clear communication in English and regular progress updates IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Links to apps you built that are live in the stores 2. Your experience with Supabase and/or Lovable 3. Your advice: two apps or one app, and why 4. Your fixed price (for two apps, and for one app if you advise that) 5. Your estimated timeline per app 6. Your price for maintenance after launch
