Real Estate Sales Closer

We're a U.S.-based real estate acquisitions company buying houses directly from American homeowners — foreclosure, divorce, inherited properties, tired landlords. We need closers who can take a warm seller from "maybe" to a signed contract. This is not appointment setting. This is not lead gen. You close. What you'll do: Take inbound and warm outbound calls with U.S. homeowners Run our proprietary qualifying framework (full training provided) Handle objections, negotiate price, lock the contract Work U.S. business hours Monday- Friday 10am-6pm EST Who we want: Native or near-native English, neutral accent Real phone closing experience — high-ticket, commission-driven, quota-carrying Thick skin and coachability — our top closers study their own call recordings Long-term mindset, not a job-hopper What you get: Base + uncapped commission (closers earn U.S.-tier income) Full sales infrastructure: dialer, CRM, call analysis, real-time coaching Direct training from the founder who built this Real career and real earnings (see attached) To apply: Attach a 60-second voice or loom recording in English — who you are, the hardest sale you ever closed, and why you want this seat.
