Rebuild Real Estate Marketplace

I run SellerFinanceX, a marketplace for seller-financed real estate, and need one developer to rebuild it as a fast, polished, server-rendered site I fully own (currently is a Base44 MVP). Scope includes listing pages with unique URLs, search with filters and map view, programmatic SEO pages by state, county, and city, user accounts, saved searches, email alerts, listing submission, and a simple admin dashboard. Migration of existing listings and users with 301 redirects is required. Design should be clean, modern, and trustworthy, with mockups or a prototype before full build. SEO must-haves include server-rendered HTML, scalable sitemaps, structured data, and strong Core Web Vitals.
