SaaS Field Service Management Platform

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build a mid-market SaaS Field Service Management (FSM) platform for the trades industry, covering CRM, quoting, job management, scheduling, field operations, stock/inventory, purchasing, finance, compliance, customer service and reporting. Stage 1 has already been fully designed in Figma, including the core UI, workflows and functionality, and we’re preparing to move into development. The project will be overseen by an independent Fractional CTO / Technical Architect, and you will work closely with them to implement the agreed architecture and engineering standards. Our vision is an AI-native, API-first SaaS platform, designed for integrations, automation and future AI agents that can securely interact with business data, workflows and third-party systems. This is a long-term production platform, not a quick MVP. We’re looking for a highly capable developer with proven experience building complex production SaaS, CRM, ERP or FSM platforms, including strong experience with APIs, databases, security, testing and scalable application development. Please provide examples of comparable platforms you have personally built, your specific contribution to each, your experience working within architect-led development teams, availability and hourly rate.
