# Senior AI Engineer | Autonomous AI Agents, Computer Use & Enterprise Integrations ### About SiteTech AI SiteTech AI is an emerging AI implementation and technology company focused on developing sophisticated, always-on AI agents for the real estate industry, with an initial emphasis on affordable housing operations and lease-up processes. We are seeking a highly experienced AI engineer who can design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous agents capable of interacting with existing enterprise software, processing complex documents, navigating websites, and completing multi-step operational tasks. **We are not looking for a basic chatbot developer or no-code automation specialist.** We want someone who understands how to build AI systems that can independently perform real work, similar in functionality to advanced computer-use agents such as Grok Bot. ### Key Responsibilities **1. Autonomous AI Agents & Computer Use** - Develop always-on AI agents capable of executing complex, multi-step workflows. - Build computer-use agents capable of opening websites, navigating web applications, clicking buttons, filling forms, and interacting with browser-based software. - Implement browser automation using technologies such as Playwright, Browserbase, or comparable computer-use frameworks. - Enable agents to interact with enterprise systems through authorized APIs and browser interfaces. - Develop agents that can maintain context, manage tasks over extended periods, and resume work after interruptions. - Implement error handling, retries, human approval checkpoints, and detailed activity logging. - Build secure, reliable systems that can operate autonomously within defined permissions and authorization boundaries. **2. PDF Parsing, Document Intelligence & Data Extraction** A major component of our work involves processing large volumes of documents common in affordable housing and property management operations. We are specifically looking for experience with: - Intelligent PDF parsing and document classification. - Extracting structured information from scanned PDFs, forms, and document packages. - OCR, computer vision, and multimodal document understanding. - Identifying missing information and inconsistencies across document packages. - Extracting relevant fields from leases, applications, income verification documents, government forms, and other administrative records. - Comparing information across multiple documents and existing databases. - Generating structured outputs that can be validated and used by downstream applications. - Automatically organizing, indexing, and tracking document statuses. - Handling complex or irregular document formats accurately, with validation and human review for uncertain results. Experience with document AI platforms, LLM-based extraction, structured outputs, and document-processing pipelines is highly desirable. **3. Enterprise Software & Workflow Integration** - Integrate AI agents into existing business software environments. - Build secure API integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and other authentication methods. - Connect agents to email systems, shared inboxes, calendars, document repositories, databases, and business applications. - Develop systems capable of reading information, interpreting operational requirements, and executing permitted actions across multiple applications. - Support workflows involving document collection, administrative communications, approvals, compliance tracking, and operational reporting. - Enable agents to communicate with employees and external parties through approved channels. - Maintain synchronization between AI agent activity and existing enterprise records. Experience with property management software, including Yardi, RentCafe, RealPage, or comparable systems, is a significant advantage. **4. AI Agent Architecture & Infrastructure** - Design scalable AI agent systems for real-world enterprise use. - Implement persistent memory, database-backed task management, and contextual retrieval. - Develop event-driven agents capable of responding to incoming information without requiring constant user prompts. - Build reliable background execution and long-running workflow capabilities. - Implement monitoring, observability, failure recovery, and audit trails. - Create secure cloud deployments with appropriate user permissions and data protection. - Design architectures that can support multiple customers while maintaining strict data isolation. ### Required Technical Experience - Advanced Python and/or TypeScript engineering. - Production experience building autonomous AI agents. - Experience with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, xAI/Grok, Anthropic, or comparable providers. - Experience with computer-use agents and browser automation. - Playwright, Browserbase, browser-use frameworks, or similar technologies. - PDF parsing, OCR, computer vision, and document intelligence. - REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and enterprise integrations. - PostgreSQL, Supabase, or comparable database technologies. - Cloud deployment, background workers, and asynchronous processing. - Strong understanding of authentication, security, error handling, and system reliability. Experience with OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, or other code-first agent frameworks is preferred. ### Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in engineers who have already built AI agents that can **take actions, navigate software, process documents, and execute business processes**, rather than simply answer questions.
